January 18th, 2015 - Jackson Jr. Rockets to Top Five Finish in Wild West Shootout Finale
The Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout drew to a close on Sunday evening with a $10,000-to-win program at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona).

A talented field of fifty Super Late Models registered for the event. Tony would advance from his seventh starting spot in his heat race to a fourth place finish, earning him the thirteenth starting position on the feature grid. In the 50 lap finale, Jackson Jr. climbed forward from his seventh-row starting spot to a fifth place finish behind race winner, Jimmy Owens, Jimmy Mars, Chris Simpson and Jason Papich.

Raymond Merrill once again went to war in the team's backup car but fought the handle on his entry throughout the night, ultimately failing to qualify for the main event.

January 17th, 2015 - Wild West Shootout Continues for Tony Jackson Jr.

A stout field of fifty-two entries filled the pit area at the 3/8 mile oval, and a high number in pill draw pinned Tony starting deep in his heat race. However, he would charge forward to a third place finish, locking him into the seventh starting position for the feature. During the course of the 30 lap finale, Jackson Jr. battled amongst the top ten before settling to an eleventh place finish.

Raymond Merrill of Merrill Bonding Company, one of the team's newest marketing partners, piloted Tony's second #56 Club 29 entry on Friday night and is set to compete the remainder of the weekend. Merrill battled the handle on his entry throughout the night, ultimately failing to qualify for the main event.

Fifty-two entries returned for battle in Round #5 of the miniseries on Saturday evening. A great charge from tenth to finish fourth in his heat race positioned Tony starting twelfth in the $3,000-to-win main event. Jackson Jr. raced around mid-pack throughout the 30 lap feature before crossing the finish line in the twelfth position.

Raymond Merrill record an eighth place finish in his heat race, which positioned him starting tenth in a b-main. Merrill advanced to a sixth place finish in his b-main unfortunately, only the top four finishers transferred to the finale, bringing his night to an early end.

January 14th, 2015 - Tony Jackson Jr. Guns Down the Competition on Night #2 of the Wild West Shootout
Forty-nine entries returned on Sunday night to wage war in the desert, and Tony started his outing with an impressive charge from sixth to win his heat race. When the race went green, Shaw assumed the point with Jackson Jr. settling into the second spot. By the tenth circuit Tony bad begun to build momentum around the high-side of the 3/8 mile clay oval. He would make his move on Shaw as the two were even on lap eleven with Jackson Jr. moving ahead on lap twelve. Shaw would grab the lead on the inside once more before Jackson Jr. regained command for good on the fourteenth circuit.

Tony controlled the final seventeen laps of the race, which ran caution-free, en route to his first ever victory at USA Raceway and the $5,000 payday. Adam Hensel, Darrell Lanigan, Jimmy Owens and Terry Phillips rounded out the top five finishers.

"All of my wins have been good," said Jackson Jr. "But this is definitely the best group of cars I've ever won against."

Wednesday night found a $3,000-to-program being contested for Round #3 of the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona). Unfortunately, Tony battled the handle on his entry throughout the night before ultimately falling just short of qualifying for the feature.

January 10th, 2015 - Tony Jackson Jr. Opens 2015 Season in Tucson
Tony Jackson Jr. opened his 2015 campaign on Saturday evening at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) during the opening round of the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout.

A talent-laden field of fifty Super Late Models converged on the 3/8 mile oval, and pill draw found Tony starting second in his heat race. He charged to a convincing heat race victory, earning him the ninth starting spot for the $3,000-to-win feature by virtue of the passing points system. During the course of the 30 lap affair Jackson Jr. advanced to a seventh place finish in the final rundown.
