May 29th, 2016 - TJR Places 5th at Show-Me 100; Wins at Monett Speedway on Sunday
Competing in the 24th Annual Cowboy Classic, Tony Jackson Jr. made the short trip to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) on Thursday night for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned event. With fifty-seven cars signed in, Jackson Jr. captured a runner-up finish in his heat behind Jimmy Owens earning him an 8th place starting position for the feature. The following night for the Tribute to Don and Billie Gibson feature, Tony edged his way into the $6,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place outing in his heat. Starting in 13th, Jackson Jr. fell two positions in the main event logging a 15th place finish.

Wrapping up the three-day LOLMDS event, Jackson Jr. secured a 15th place starting spot for the 24th Annual Show-Me 100 via his results in the previous two nights. Working his way through the field ten spots, Tony notched an impressive 5th place finish in the $30,000-to-win A-Main finishing behind Jimmy Owens, Scott Bloomquist, Jesse Stovall, and Jonathan Davenport.

On Sunday night, Tony Jackson Jr. stopped at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) for the MARS DIRTcar Series sanctioned Tony Roper Memorial. In a field of twenty-three cars, Jackson Jr. scored a runner-up finish in his heat behind Justin Asplin earning him a 3rd row starting spot for the feature. May 21st, 2016 - Jackson Loses Lead After Flat Tire
Following the MARS DIRTcar Series on Saturday night, Tony Jackson Jr. headed to Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Missouri) for the $2,500-to-win event.  Drawing twenty-four cars, Tony started the night off with a heat race win securing his spot into the feature. After jumping out to the lead early in the race, Jackson Jr. suffered a flat tire sending him back to a 19th place outing.

May 14th, 2016 - Podium Finish for TJR at Longdale
Friday night brought Tony Jackson Jr. to Longdale Speedway (Longdale, Oklahoma) for the MARS DIRTcar Series event. In a field of nineteen cars, Jackson Jr. captured a heat race victory securing his spot into the feature. With $2,000 on the line, Tony reeled in a 3rd place finish behind Ryan Gustin and Justin Asplin with Payton Looney and Randy Timms rounding out the top five.

Returning to Longdale Speedway on Saturday night, Tony edged his way into the feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Battling for a $3,000 payday in the A-Main, Jackson Jr. notched a 4th place finish behind Terry Phillips, Rodney Sanders, and Ryan Gustin with Payton Looney coming in 5th.

May 7th, 2016 - TJR Lands Top Five Finish at Lee County Speedway
Traveling with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA), Tony Jackson Jr. visited Lee County Speedway (Donnellson, Iowa) on Thursday night for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. Competing in a field of thirty-seven cars, Jackson Jr. edged his way into the feature with a 3rd place outing in his heat. Starting in 10th, Tony improved six spots in the 40-lapper posting a 4th place finish behind Brandon Sheppard, Earl Pearson JR. and Chis Simpson with Jesse Stovall coming in 5th.(John Vass Photo)

Hopping on with the MARS DIRTcar Series, Tony Jackson Jr. made the trip to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois) on Friday night for the Douglas Dodge 40 event co-sanctioned by the MARS Series and the Sunoco American Late Model Series. Failing to hit a transfer spot in his heat, Jackson Jr. captured a consolation win securing his spot into the feature. Battling for a $5,000 payday, Tony worked his way up to a 13th place finish.

Saturday night brought Tony to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for the $10,000-to-win FALS Frenzy. In a stacked field of forty-three cars, Jackson Jr. recorded a 3rd place finish in his heat earning him a 12th place starting spot for the feature.
