July 29th, 2017 - TJR Places 11th With LOLMDS at Macon Speedway
Wednesday night found Tony Jackson Jr. competing with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at Macon Speedway (Macon, Illinois) for the St. Louis U-Pic-A-Part 100. After laying down the sixth fastest time overall in qualifying, Jackson Jr. posted a 2nd place finish in his heat race behind Hudson O’Neal locking him into the 6th-starting position for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Friday night brought Jackson Jr. to Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned program. Following the fourth fastest in his qualifying group, Mother Nature moved in shortly after time trials were finish and postponed the feature to a later date.

The following night Tony stopped at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Missouri) competing with the MARS DIRTcar West Series. Leading the night off with a heat race victory, Jackson Jr. went on to record an 8th place finish in the 30-lap main event.

July 22nd, 2017 - Tony Attends Silver Dollar Nationals at I-80 Speedway
Powering the Odell Trucking #56 Super Late Model, Tony Jackson Jr. returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) on Tuesday night for the event co-sanctioned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at Brown County Speedway (Aberdeen, South Dakota). Drawing 29 entries for the Bullet Sportswear Shootout, Jackson Jr. logged a 6th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main. On Friday night Jackson Jr. followed the MLRA series to I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the 7th annual Silver Dollar Nationals. With 51 Super Late Models on hand for the two-day event co-sanctioned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Tony posted a 2nd place finish in his first heat behind Darrell Lanigan. Reeling in a 5th place finish in his second heat, Jackson Jr. secured the 16th-starting position for the $53,000-to-win main event on Saturday night. With 80-laps to gain some ground, Tony Jackson Jr. dropped back to a 27th place outing.

July 15th, 2017 - TJR Follows MLRA to Lucas Oil Speedway
On Friday night Tony Jackson Jr. returned to action traveling to Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned NAPA Know How 50. Ina field of 32 cars, Jackson Jr. fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Cruising to a 12-lap consolation win, Tony earned the 18th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Losing seven spots in the 50-lapper, Jackson Jr. posted a 25th place outing.

The following night brought Tony to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the event sanctioned by both the LOLMDS and the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA). Drawing 37 cars for the CMH Diamond Nationals, Jackson Jr. dropped back to a 7th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main. Failing to place in the Top 3, Tony was granted a Lucas Oil MLRA provisional into the show. With $12,000 on the line, Tony Jackson Jr. logged 26th place finish.

July 2nd, 2017 - Jackson Jr. Competes With MARS-MLRA Swing Over Holiday Weekend
Tony Jackson Jr. kicked off the Fourth of July weekend on Friday night at Salina Highbanks Speedway (Pryor Creek, Oklahoma) for the two-day event sanctioned by both the MARS DIRTcar West Series and the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA). With 22 Super Late Models signed in for the Buddy’s Home Furnishings Freedom Classic, Jackson Jr. timed in third fastest in his qualifying group before charging to a heat race win. Rolling off 3rd for the opening night feature, Tony slipped back to a 7th place outing in the 30-lap affair.

Returning on Saturday for the $5,000 top prize, Jackson Jr. followed up the quickest time in qualifying group with a 2nd place finish behind Payton Looney in his heat race. Starting in 5th, Tony worked his way into a podium spot and was battling for the lead until another car made contact with him, sending him spinning. Closing out three-day Holiday weekend, Jackson Jr. stopped at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) on Sunday for the Tony Roper Memorial. With threatening weather eliminating heat races to keep the program moving, Tony earned the pole position for the feature after laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying. After blowing a tire while leading the A-Main, Tony rallied back to a 7th place finish from the tail of the field.
