May 28th, 2017 - 11th Place Finish in Show-Me 100 at Lucas Oil Speedway
Making his first start of the season with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Tony Jackson Jr. traveled to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) on Thursday night for the opening night of the Show-Me 100 weekend. In a field of 67 cars for the Cowboy Classic, Jackson Jr. fell two positions short of at transfer spot in his heat with a 5th place outing. Needing a 2nd place finish or better in his B-Main to make the feature, Tony edged his spot with a 2nd place finish behind Tim Manville. Returning on Friday evening for the Tribute to Don & Billie Gibson, Tony logged a 9th place outing in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 2 into the final $6,000-to-win preliminary feature, Jackson Jr. slipped back to a 10th place outing bringing an early end to his night.

After severe weather in the area postponed Saturday’s 25th annual Show-Me 100 to Sunday afternoon, Tony came short of a transfer position into the feature with a 10th place finish his B-Main but was granted a provisional into the $30,000-to-win finale. Rolling off 27th, Tony Jackson Jr. sliced through the field 16 positions in the 100-lap affair reeling in an impressive 11th place finish in a stout field of cars.

May 20th, 2017 - Runner-up Finish at Longdale Speedway
With the weather reducing the two-day show to only one night, Tony Jackson Jr. was one of 19 Super Late Models signed in at Longdale Speedway (Longdale, Oklahoma) on Saturday for the MARS DIRTcar West sanctioned event. Following the second fastest time overall in qualifying, Jackson Jr. cruised to a heat race win locking him into the 3rd-starting spot for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. May 14th, 2017 - Busy Four-Day MARS Weekend in Land of Lincoln
Tony Jackson Jr. headed north to the Land of Lincoln on Thursday night for the two-day MARS DIRTcar Series sanctioned program at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Illinois). Drawing 48 Super Late Models for the inaugural Farmer City 74, Jackson Jr. fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 4th place outing. Coming up one spot short again in his consolation event with a 3rd place outing, Tony was granted a provisional into the opening night feature. With $3,000 on the line, Jackson Jr. passed six cars in the 35-lapper reeling in a 15th place finish.

On Friday in a stout field of 58 cars, Tony logged a 7th place outing in his heat race transferring him into the C-Main. Coming short of a transfer position, Jackson Jr. relied on a provisional to make the $20,000-to-win finale. With 74-laps to work his way through the field, Tony Jackson Jr. slipped back to a 28th place outing.

Saturday night brought Tony Jackson Jr. and 53 competitors to Fairbury American Legion Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) for the annual FALS Frenzy. Following a 7th place finish in his heat race, Tony jumped up two positions in his B-Main to place 8th. Earning a provisional into the $10,000-to-win main event, Jackson Jr. went on to advanced nine positions in the 50-lapper affair registering a 14th place finish. (Addison Blair photo)

Closing out the action packed four-day MARS DIRTcar West Series weekend, Tony stopped at Spoon River Speedway (Banner, Illinois) on Sunday for the $5,000 top prize. Earning the 18th-starting position for the A-Main via preliminary events, Jackson Jr. held his spot for the entire distance of the feature logging an 18th place finish.

May 6th, 2017 - Podium Finish With MLRA at Lee County Speedway
Back with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA), Tony Jackson Jr. traveled to Lee County Speedway (Donnellson, Iowa) on Thursday for the opening night of the three-day MLRA stint. Recording a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Chad Simpson, Tony earned the 5th-starting position for the feature. Bringing home a podium finish, Jackson Jr. improved three spots scoring a runner-up position behind Chris Simpson with Jimmy Mars, Chad Simpson, and Billy Moyer rounding out the Top 5. On Friday night in a field of 30 cars at Davenport Speedway (Davenport, Iowa), Tony started the night off with a heat race win positioning him on the pole for the main event. Falling one spot short of a podium finish, Tony landed a 4th place spot behind Bobby Pierce, Chris Simpson, and Jimmy Mars with Jesse Stovall coming in 5th.

Wrapping up the MLRA sanctioned weekend on Saturday night, Tony locked his spot into the $3,000-to-win finale with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Bobby Pierce. Posting another Top 10 finish, Jackson Jr. landed a 7th place outing in the 40-lap affair.
