May 31st, 2014 - Tony Jackson Jr. Travels to I-55
Tony returned to action with the Mid America Racing Series (MARS) on Saturday evening at the Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Missouri).

The $5,000-to-win program, which is being named the Talker Guy 5k Challenge, drew a field of twenty-seven Super Late Models to the 1/3 mile oval. Jackson Jr. battled the setup on his #56 and failed to reach a transfer position in heat race or b-main action, forcing him to utilize a Series Provisional to gain access to the finale. During the course of the feature Tony advanced from his 21st starting spot to finish fourteenth in the final rundown.

May 25th, 2014 - Jackson Jr. Runner-Up at Monett
Tony Jackson Jr. closed out a busy Memorial Day weekend on Sunday night at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri). The Mid America Racing Series (MARS) would sanctioned the annual Tony Roper Memorial, as twenty-three competitors converged on the oval.

Tony charged to a heat race win to earn a spot in the feature, where he raced his way to a second place finish behind race winner, Terry Phillips. Jack Sullivan, Justin Asplin, and Jacob Magee rounded out the top five finishers.

May 24th, 2014 - Jackson Jr. Enters Show Me 100
Tony Jackson Jr. had a busy Memorial Day weekend in his #56 Super Late Model.

The action opened on Thursday evening with a $5,000-to-win, Lucas Oil MLRA Late Model Series event at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri), which served as the opening round of the 22nd Annual Lucas Oil Show Me 100. A stout field of sixty-four Super Late Models registered for battle, and Jackson failed to qualify for the finale via heat race and b-main action, which brought his night to an early end. Friday night found qualifying and preliminary action for Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) competitors. Sixty-five entries registered for the $30,000-to-win event. Tony qualified second in respective group to lock into the pole for the second heat race. He went on to win his heat, earning him spot in the redraw for Saturday night's 100 lap finale where he drew the pole position for the crown-jewel event.

When the feature went green on Saturday night, Jackson took the race lead with Don O'Neal, Scott Bloomquist, and Jesse Stovall in tow. O'Neal would immediately mount a charge for the race lead as the duo swapped for the position before O'Neal took over for good on lap nine. From that point Jackson begun to battle the handle on his entry, slowly fading and eventually drawing the caution on lap 31. He retired to a disappointing 26th place finish in the final rundown.

May 17th, 2014 - Jackson Jr. Finishes 13th at I-44
1Tony Jackson Jr. made a rare, pavement start on Saturday at Lebanon I-44 Speedway (Lebanon, Missouri) in the 2nd Annual Mercy Masters Pro 144. The JEGS/CRA All-Star sanctioned program attracted many of the nation's top short track stars to the oval for the $8,000-to-win affair.

In Friday's practice Tony had a fast car as he registered the second fastest lap. The team had high hopes for Saturday, but the day started on a sour note with an ignition box failure prior to qualifications. As a result Jackson Jr. started 29th on the grid for the finale. Despite starting deep in the field he advanced sixteen spots during the course of the event on his way to a 13th place finish.

May 14th, 2014 - Tony Jackson Jr. Launches New Site
Tony Jackson Jr. is the latest addition to the MSR Mafia and has launched a brand new website here at

In 2013 Tony made history by becoming the first driver to win the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) and Mid America Racing Series (MARS) Super Late Model titles in the same season. Thus far into the 2014 season he has claimed one victory. He currently leads the current MARS standings by 29 markers over Justin Asplin.

This Saturday, May 17th Jackson Jr. will return to his pavement roots as he competes in the $8,000-to-win, 2nd Annual Mercy Masters Pro 144 at Lebanon I-44 Speedway (Lebanon, Missouri).
