June 23rd, 2017 - TJR Debuts in Hell Tour at Tri-City Speedway
On Friday night Tony Jackson Jr. debuted in the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals Hell Tour for the $10,000-to-win prize at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois). In a field of 33 cars, Jackson Jr. followed up the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group with a heat race victory. Earning the 2nd-starting positon for the feature, Jackson Jr. fought off challengers for the first 39 circuits but came up short on the final lap. Unable to hold off a hard-charging Dennis Erb Jr. on the final corner, Tony landed a runner-up finish behind Erb with Chris Simpson, Shannon Babb, and Bobby Pierce rounding out the Top 5 finishers. June 10th, 2017 - Podium Finish at Thunderbird Raceway
Behind the wheel of the Odell Trucking #56 Super Late Model, Tony Jackson Jr. headed to Thunderbird Speedway (Muskogee, Oklahoma) on Friday night for the MARS DIRTcar West Series sanctioned program. With 25 cars on hand for the Michael Hornback Benefit, Jackson Jr. started the night off with a heat race win locking his spot into the opening night feature. Battling with Terry Phillips for the top spot, Tony landed a 2nd place finish behind Phillips when the checkered flag flew with Jon Mitchell, Kyle Beard, and Jacob Magee completing the Top 5 finishers.

On Saturday night with 21 cars signed in at Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Missouri), Tony led off the night again with a heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the feature. With $3,000 on the line, Jackson Jr. was an early retiree of the feature after sliding off the track in turn four late in the race.

June 3rd, 2017 - Jackson Jr. Competes in Trio of MLRA Events
Tony Jackson Jr. was back with the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) on Thursday night for the $3,000-to-win A-Main at Scotland County Speedway (Memphis, Missouri). With 21 cars registered in for action, Jackson Jr. secured his spot into the opening night A-Main with a heat race win. Bringing home a podium finish, Tony scored a 3rd place spot behind Chris Simpson and Jesse Stovall with Terry Phillips and Rodney Sanders completing the Top 5 finishers.

The following night in a field of 25 MLRA entries at Randolph County Raceway (Moberly, Missouri), Jackson Jr. landed a runner-up finish behind Chad Simpson in his heat race locking him into the 5th-starting spot for the feature. Losing two positions in the 40-lapper, Tony posted a 7th place outing.

Closing out the three-day MLRA swing on Saturday, Tony was one of 18 cars signed in at Randolph County Raceway (Moberly, Missouri). Reeling in a 2nd place spot in his heat race behind Jesse Stovall, Jackson Jr. ran into trouble in the feature dropping him back to a 16th place outing.
