September 30th, 2017 - Jackson Jr. Visits Tri-City Speedway
Tony Jackson Jr. visited Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Thursday evening for the UMP DIRTcar sanctioned weekend. In a field of 30 Open Wheel Modifieds, Tony secured his spot into the opening night feature with a 4th place finish in his heat race. With $2,000 on the line, Jackson Jr. registered a 7th place finish in the 30-lapper.

Returning on Friday night for the $2,500 top prize, Tony landed a 4th place finish in his heat locking his spot into the main event. Hanging on to a Top 10 finish in the 30-lap affair, Jackson Jr. notched a 9th place outing.

Following the third fastest time in his qualifying group on Saturday night, Tony posted a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Rolling off 7th for the $3,000-to-win finale, Tony Jackson Jr. improved two positions to place 5th behind Bobby Piece, Chris Simpson, Gordy Gundaker, and Tim Manville.

September 16th, 2017 - 11th Place Finish With MARS at Springfield Raceway
On Saturday evening Tony Jackson Jr. returned with the MARS DIRTcar West Series for the $3,000 top prize at Springfield Raceway (Springfield, Missouri). After timing in second fastest in his qualifying group, Tony captured a heat race victory earning him the pole position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main. September 9th, 2017 - Jackson Jr. Attends World 100
Kicking off the 47th annual World 100 weekend, Tony Jackson Jr. made the trip to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night for UMP DIRTcar sanctioned weekend. Drawing a stout field of 105 Super Late Models, Jackson Jr. came one spot short of a transfer position in his heat race with a 5th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the preliminary feature, Tony slipped back to a 4th place outing ending his night.

Returning on Saturday for another round of preliminary features, Tony edged his way into the A-Main with the 4th and final transfer spot in his heat. With $10,000 on the line in the A-Main, Jackson Jr. dropped one spot in the 25-lapper to place 19th.

Wrapping up the World 100 weekend on Saturday, Tony made hard contact with the wall in his heat race that ended his weekend early.

September 4th, 2017 - TJR Extends MARS Points Lead With Win at Midway Speedway
On Friday night Tony Jackson Jr. kicked off the Labor Day weekend at Lakeside Speedway (Lakeside, Kansas) for the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) sanctioned opener. With 19 Super Late Models on hand for the Clyde Ellis Memorial, Jackson Jr. locked his spot into the $3,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Coming two spots shy of a Top 10 finish, Tony posted a 12th place outing in the 30-lapper.

The following night Jackson Jr. was one of 26 MLRA entries signed in at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the Larry Phillips Memorial. Coming in 3rd in his heat race, Jackson Jr. earned the 16th-starting position for the feature. With $5,575 on the line, Tony was an early retiree after breaking a lift arm early in the A-Main. He was credited with a 23rd place outing.

Returning with the MARS DIRTcar West Series on Sunday, Tony headed to Monett Motor Speedway (Monett, Missouri) for the 4-State Dirt Track Championship. After issues with his throttle early in the night forced him to hop behind the wheel of Mason Oberkramer’s secondary car, Jackson Jr. posted a 17th place outing in the 30-lap feature.

Closing out the four-day weekend, Tony stopped at Midway Speedway (Lebanon, Missouri) on Monday evening. After posting the fastest time overall in qualifying, Jackson Jr. scored a heat race victory positioning him 2nd on the starting grid for the feature. Jumping into the lead early, Tony Jackson Jr. cruised to his second win of the season and a $3,000 payday. Joe Godsey, Mason Oberkramer, Cole Wells, and Scott Crigler completed the Top 5 finishers in the 30-lapper.
