11th-place finish in All-Tech finale

After Friday night’s program was washed out by persistent rain, Tony Jackson Jr. was one of 57 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries that returned to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Saturday afternoon for the series’ season opener. With the Top 3 getting locked into the main event, Jackson Jr. scored a runner-up finish in his heat behind Kyle Larson, which positioned him 12th on the starting grid for the $15,000-to-win A-Main.
